- To Ornen employees: when required for human resources recruitment or other purposes;
- To our service providers: these may include our IT service providers, cleaning services, hosting providers, and others. They may have access to personal information or may need to process it, depending on the services provided. The information provided to them is strictly limited to what is necessary to fulfill the obligations set forth in their contract. Each service provider has committed, in writing, to respecting the confidentiality of the data received or encountered.
- To government authorities or law enforcement officials: this may arise from laws requiring the disclosure of certain information, if such disclosure is required by law or if the disclosure is made in good faith to comply with a legal requirement or in response to a court order, a subpoena, a search warrant, or to cooperate with government authorities or law enforcement officials;

Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set forth in this Policy, as well as in accordance with our legal and regulatory obligations. Personal information is retained for a period of 3 to 7 years after the purposes mentioned herein have been fully accomplished.

Ornen cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted in this manner, and you accept this at your own risk.
